Family Reunion

Image
Last Night, I had a good time at my family reunion which I met Aunt Kelly and Uncle James in person from Texas which we ate spaggetti and meatballs, salad, soda, and garlic bread. Next, I showed them my animation work that I had done this year and they were so impressed which my 3 year old cousin would like because she is going to make friends in preschool.  This is Grandpa Art and Uncle Jimmy who is wearing a Miami Dolphins T-shirt because he likes football. This is my mom with my Uncle Jimmy on his shoulder This is my Uncle James who is from Autisn, TX This is Aunt Kelly and my Uncle James sitting together as a couple which I have met them in person last night.

Warm Up Drawings

Image
I just did the warm up drawings with the new Kyle classic brush set which Jian Gianni gave me yesterday in Photoshop. First the brushes were perfect for making comics and character designs, and next it was so realistic to use than it was vectorized.

Ease in and Ease out

Image
I did the ease in and ease out technique on a bounching ball which is one of the 12 priciples of animation is squash and stretch.  First I started animating the ball in Toon Boom Harmony Essensials 12, and I created some layers which are peg layers which help it make it easier to animate with.   Next, I used the function editor to help ease in and ease out the ball as it bounches up and down. It is sort of like brain sugery when Dani Bowman my teacher described it.   Finally, after using the function editor to animate the ball I watched it 3 times til it was ready to be seen in public and social media.

Inktober Day 2

Image
I did an evil nanny for my first Inktober which was influnced by Cruella de Vil and Mary Poppins.

Motorcycle Explosion

Image
I did a Motorcycle Explosion which was my assignment from my Digital Media Production class. At first, I struggled with it and suddenly, I made it explode with a bomb and added a sound effect from the Road Runner from Looney Tunes in After Effects. I used a smoke explosion VFX to make it realistic.
