Student Work
Here is the student work I did in my 2D design class which was a tough semester this year and I worked hard for it. Color Wheel which I did learn ed about the colo rs hues,tones,and shades of different colors and followed the color wheel blueprint. Here is my Golden Mean assignment where I did in black and white with shades of grey, I also did the same painting in color which was in red violet which we call fushia in the art world. This design was inspired by Mary Blair an artist who worked at Disney. I also did this Golden mean by using the rulling pen which can be painted with a color and I used a ruler to make a straight edge. These paintings are in black and white and in shades of blue which were toned down. This is a painting which was a social commentary on why disabled not getting funds for the services and separates the dark colors which represents sadness and rejections and the light colors represent hope and joy for the disabled.
