Here is the student work I did in my 2D design class which was a tough semester this year and I worked hard for it. 

Color Wheel which I did learned about the colors hues,tones,and shades of different colors and followed the color wheel blueprint.

Here is my Golden Mean assignment where I did in black and white with shades of grey, I also did the same painting in  color which was in red violet which we call fushia in the art world. This design was inspired by Mary Blair an artist who worked at Disney.

I also did this Golden mean by using the rulling pen which can be painted with a color and I used a ruler to make a straight edge. These paintings are in black and white and in shades of blue which were toned down.

This is a painting which was a social commentary on why disabled not getting funds for the services and separates the dark colors which represents sadness and rejections and the light colors represent hope and joy for the disabled.

Here is the final version my interacting color assignment which I used yellow green and red violet which gives a psychedelic feel to this painting.

Here is the static and dynamic designs which I did for a class assignment where I used warn colors for the dynamic design and cool colors for the Greek inspired static designs which would be a ideal design for a Happy Meal packaging for promoting Hospstinianus.


For my final assignment, I had to create a self portrait collage which I had Martha Stewart which I was a big fan when I was young. The hand drawing represents realism that I want to train in and character concept art which represents my future career in animation.

Here is the painting which Pro. Moore selected the best design and I had to paint it in gouache and matched the colors based on the collage.

Here is the new version of a modular pattern design after designing again then again.

Here is my modular pattern design which I used to twist in Photoshop and Pro. Moore who was like the art director really likes it.

Here is the line art of the Interacting Color design which was influenced by Minoan and Psychedelic art styles.

My first Modular design which I made some mistakes and I was advised to redesign it again in order to get a better grade.





Here is the preliminary sketch for the modular pattern assignment where  I did 12 peephole drawing of leaves and flowers.

Here is a second warm up drawing which I did drew from the model and and she was doing a yoga position and latter can be used as a model sheet as a guild line to animate a character doing yoga. Here is a third warm up drawings that I did. As you can see, the model is taking a bow after singing or acting and I could use as reference when I start animating a character doing that gesture. Color Wheel

I made the color wheel for Beginning Painting which I used yellow, red, and blue as the primary colors. Orange, green, and purple are tertiary colors which are complementary to each other. Next I mixed the colors with white oil paint  by a palette knife to create a hue. Finally, I mixed red, yellow, and blue to make black and I painted it in the center calling with an oil based liquid called turpentine to make it more smoother .

Yesterday, I did an Easter Bunny carrying Easter eggs in a basket to good boys and girls on the night before Easter. I used a lot of pastel colors, so it can represent Spring, and also the Easter egg symbolizes Jesus Christ's emergence from the tomb.  Well, I want to wish you a Happy Easter to all of you.
